Renovation and addition to existing middle school. - 24,500 SF Addition - 6,300 SF of Renovation Rebid of select bid packages as follows: - #5A - Steel Fabrication - #7C - Expansion Joints and Covers - #8C - Overhead Doors - #9D - Acoustic Finish - #32C - Fencing Bidders will be required to provide bid security in the form of a Bid Bond or other statutory permissible security in the amount of (5) percent of the bid amount if the bid is $50,000.00 or greater. Existing built-up roof scope of work: i. Remove the existing built-up roof system down to existing deck. Provide new insultation, coverboard and built-up roof system. ii. It has been determined that the roof replacement effort must comply with IECC 2009 requirements. iii. Provide a minimum R-value of R20 and a 5/8" cover board. iv. The profile would be similar to profile RA/C1, but a built-up system in place of the mod-bit. General roofing profile components: Built-up bituminous roof systems, 5/8" cover board and polyisocyanurate (ISO) board Insulation with R20 minimum. v. Include all required roofing blocking, flashing and roof expansion joints to accommodate new roof profile. vi. Built-up Roof system is to have a 20-year warranty.
