Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Delaware, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.
This project consists of preparing final site design, architectural and engineering construction documents & specifications for a three-season shelter with restrooms; playground, wetland, boardwalk; associated walkways; site grading, stormwater management; and necessary utilities. Preservation Parks ("Owner") is seeking architecture and engineering professional services for the d e s i g n o f H i c k o r y W o o d s P a r k i m p r o v e m e n t s located on Preservation Parks owned property at 1271 Pollock Road Delaware, OH 43015 The Board reserves the right to reject any and all qualifications and waive any informalities. The Board also reserves the right to hold all statements of qualifications for 60 days after the submittal date, even if not accepted or rejected. Construction budget: $2,500,000. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
