Site work and paving for a road / highway in Washington, District of Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The District of Columbia Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP), on behalf of the District Department of Transportation (DDOT or Department), is seeking a contractor to provide construction of Local Pavement Restoration in accordance with the Contract Documents, as defined herein IFB NO.: DCKA-2024-B-0045, LOCAL PAVEMENT RESTORATION CITYWIDE. The Contractor shall provide labor, materials, and equipment for citywide pavement restoration in accordance with DC Department of Transportation standards and specifications. Tasks include resurfacing roads, reconstructing pavement and subgrades, adjusting manholes, applying striping and markings, posting no-parking signs, and maintaining traffic control as directed by the DDOT Engineer. The estimated maximum amount for the base and option periods will be between $300,000,000.00 and $400,000,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
