Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a civil project in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

This project involves sanitary sewer repairs, including, but not limited to sanitary point repairs, manhole repairs and replacements, pre- and post-repair televising, full sanitary sewer segment replacements, traffic control, access and mobilization, and restoration. All questions regarding the project should be submitted to Travis K. Stanczyk, PE by email at travis.stanczyk@gibson-thomas.com. Proposals shall be delivered in a sealed envelope and clearly marked on the outside with the words "ROSS TOWNSHIP 2025 SANITARY SEWER REPAIR PROJECTS EXCAVATION CONTRACT to the Ross Department of Public Works Building located at 225 Cemetery Lane, Ross Township, PA 15237. Proposals to receive consideration must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder's Bond from a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made to the order of Ross Township in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Proposal as a guarantee that, if the Proposal is accepted, the successful Bidder will enter into an Agreement within fifteen (15) days after Notice of the Award of the Contract. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates are required to be paid on this contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in bids received.
