Site work and new construction of an educational facility in North Augusta, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 52,000-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a nine-acre educational facility.

The Project is Early Site Package for Fox Creek Middle School. A new 52,000 +/- square feet, middle school is being constructed on the site. The work to bid will include but not limited to: Clearing, Grading/Earthwork, Water, Sewer, Storm drainage, Erosion control, Paving, Pavement marking, Sidewalks, etc. Overall construction cost is approximately $22 million.
