Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Bremerton, Washington. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.

This task order is to refurbish 3 existing bathrooms. Two bathrooms are located on the mezzanine, one male and one female; and one bathroom is located in the high bay area. In place of the aforementioned bathrooms will be ADA/ABA Male/ Female bathrooms, and in the High Bay Area it will be a ADA/ABA Unisex bathroom that will include a urinal; respectively. All work must be coordinated with on-going operations in the immediate area, in and around Building 856. The contractor shall coordinate all laydown areas and access with the government representative. The Period of Performance shall be 160 days after award Product Specifications A. Bathrooms: 1. Tank less, wall mounted, elongated toilet bowl, flush meters (Non motion sensor). 2. Tank less, wall mounted, ADA elongated toilet bowl, non-motion sensor flush meters, for ADA stalls. 3. Wall mounted urinal, flush meter (Non motion sensor) 4. Wall Mounted ADA urinals, flush meters (No motion sensors) for ADA stalls. 5. Counter top, solid surface, under mount sinks with faucets (Non motion sensors) 6. Stainless steel partitions between toilets and urinals. 7. ADA Approved grab bars. 8. Ceramic tile, wall, 4" X 4", 48" tall. Government representative to pick colors. 9. Ceramic tile, floors, 2"X2". Government representative to pick color. 10. Stainless Steel toilet seat dispensers, toilet paper dispensers, soap dispensers, towel dispensers, trash receptacles and mirror framing. Government representative to coordinate with the Regional Facilities Support Contracts (RFSC) representative for current make and models being serviced. 11. Access panel (Install for hot and cold water shut off for each bathroom). 12. Hot and cold water isolation valves under sinks. 13. Pipe insulation, fiberglass with service jacket. ADA compliant sink and restroom insulation in the ADA stalls. 14. Toilet seats, elongated, with front opening. 15. Coat and hat hook, cast aluminum, one per toilet stall, placed on the partition door. 16. Water faucet with bottle filling station, ADA compliant, stainless steel 17. Mop closet, mop sink 2' x 2' minimum, stainless steel, floor mounted. 18. Wall mounted service faucet, two handle, chrome with pail hook and wall brace above mop closet sink. 19. Faucet, 6"spout, ADA compliant lever handles with red/blue index rings (No motion sensor) B. Ventilation: 1. Bathrooms ventilation exhaust fans, CFM's must meet code requirements according to each area. The fan shall be tied into the light switches. C. Heating: 1. Steam, free standing radiators for each room, valves for supply and returns. D. Doors: 1. Doors-metal (90 min fire rated), 36" wide X 84" tall. 2. Metal wrap around door frames. 3. Hinges (Stainless Steel) 4. Heavy duty, non-handed door closure, parallel arm mounted. 5. Door kick plates on both sides, 10" X 34". 6. Heavy Duty, double cylinder deadbolt with removable prep "Best" interchangeable core. 7. Stainless steel door handle, pull and push plate, commercial handle 8. Doorstop, heavy duty commercial, floor mounted with holder. 9. Deadbolt lock with occupancy indicator, thumb turn, with key bypass, installed on ADA bathroom door. 10. Plaques for male and female with ADA, and unisex, with ADA, blue in color Scope A. The contractor shall coordinate with the government representative. B. The contractor is responsible for verifying all existing site conditions, dimensions, and materials prior to the start of work. C. The contractor will supply all labor, material, and equipment needed to complete this task in order to construct fully operational bathrooms. D. Remove and dispose the existing walls, doors, shower, toilets, sinks, flooring, wall tiles, hallway VCT flooring and drinking fountain according to the new bathrooms layout. E. Layout new bathrooms according to the bathrooms layout. See Gov. Sketch. F. Cut out door openings G. Layout and install walls and doors according to the drawing. Install deadbolt locks on all the bathrooms doors and install a deadbolt lock with occupancy indicator, thumb turn, with key bypass, on the ADA bathroom door. Install the doorstop, heavy duty commercial, floor mounted with holder. H. Install new floor drains in each bathroom. I. Install new plumbing and wall mount brackets for the toilets, urinals, heating, countertops, wall hung drinking fountain and backer boards for the ADA grab bars, floor drains, mop sink, etc. J. Install electrical for the new outlets, switches, ceiling/exhaust fan and lighting. K. Install Batt insulation. L. Install Rough in electrical, heating, and plumbing. M. Install drywall on the walls and ceiling and mud to have a smooth finish N. Install ceramic tiles on the floors and walls. The ceramic tiles on the walls shall be installed up to 4 foot. O. Paint the walls and ceilings inside the bathrooms and the wall in the hallway from the corner to a seam or inner corner. Paint both sides of the bathroom doors to include the door casings. P. Install stainless steel partitions according to the drawings. Q. Install new ADA grab bars R. Install coat and hat hook, one per toilet stall, placed on the partition door. S. Install new solid surface countertops and install under mount sinks. T. Install new faucets. U. Install new toilets, urinals. V. Install new toilet paper dispensers, and toilet seat cover dispensers shall be installed in each stall. Install new paper towel and soap dispenser by the sinks. W. Install the pipe insulation with service jacket under the ADA compliant sink. X. Install male, female, Unisex ADA door plaques and bathroom room numbers. Y.
