Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Boucherville, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a stadium; and for site work for a stadium.

Construction of a new arena that will also allow the holding of cultural activities and show presentation. The new facility will also house changing rooms, administrative offices and rooms for technical equipment. TIMELINE: Project is preliminary and is included it the City three-year capital expenditure program 2026-2028. According to the owner's preliminary scheduling design of the project will start in spring/summer 2026, construction is anticipated in 2027. Scope of work and timelines of the project development are being finalized.
