Site work, remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Silverdale, Washington. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.

Perform cleaning/video inspection of sewer lines, primarily force mains. Work includes cleaning lines prior to inspection, performing video inspection, and providing video recordings and inspection logs. Escorts will be required for certain portions of the project on the waterfront docks. Work Description: 1. Coordinate with ET prior to commencement of work. 2. Contractor to verify all sizes and lengths of piping prior to commencement of work. Report any discrepancies to the ET as soon as possible. 3. Request and gain approval for laydown areas and plan any work outages/disruptions prior to start of each portion of the contract. 4. Plan for work during dry months as much as possible. 5. Plan for work to be completed during off hours as much as possible when flows are the least. 6. Clean CHT and Sanitary Sewer lines, then perform video scoping of each section to document the condition of the piping. Provide reports and logs. 7. Cleaning and scoping of the Sewer/CHT lines will be performed in accordance with Section II as listed above. 8. Bid package is divided into nine sections. The COST BASE, plus (8) additional ADDITIVES. Each section is numbered for completion by what is PRIORITY to customer. COST BASE must be completed first, and then every ADDITIVE (1-8), will be completed in the order they are numbered. 9. Please provide total bid split into nine individual sections for pricing. Due to budgetary/timing constraints, the COST BASE will be completed first, then each consecutive ADDITIVE will be released as funding allows. Contract award will include all items listed.
