Renovation of an educational facility in Chicago, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This is a JOB ORDER CONTRACT - Work consist of a new accessible entrance addition that includes an elevator, enclosed stairs, elevator machine room and storage rooms. Accessibility upgrades to the existing building include the renovation of the basement Girl's Multi-User Toilet room and second floor Boy's Multi-User Toilet Room. Accessible upgrades include personal care stalls, accessible water closets and/or urinals, accessible lavatories and accessible toilet room accessories. Accessible water fountains will be included in the basement. All work to be completed in one phase: Contractor Mobilization: Spring Break 2025 - March 21, 2025 Substantial Completion for Interior Work - August 8, 2025 Substantial Completion for Elevator Work - November 29, 2025
