Reference Number 0000371825 The purpose of this bid is to establish a price for the purchase and application of Liquid Bituminous Materials to work in conjunction with the Ulster County Department of Public Works, Division of Highways and Bridges. These materials are used in part for the following roadway surface construction processes: single and double course chip sealing (NYSDOT Standard Specifications Section 410). The material prices offered shall include the material cost and the cost to furnish, heat, haul, deliver, and apply the material; including all required distribution equipment as needed (e.g., distributer truck, chip spreader, pneumatic roller) and any associated mobilization costs. The actual roadways will be determined by the Commissioner of Public Works.
