Baymeadows Community Improvement District (BCID) will accept proposals from all qualified companies interested in providing stormwater maintenance services. In order to submit a bid, each bidder must (1) be authorized to do business in Florida, (2) hold all required state and federal licenses, including those with Duval County, in good standing; and (3) have at least three (3) years experience with similar stormwater maintenance projects. Proposals received after the time and date stipulated above will not be considered. Any proposal not completed as specified or missing the required proposal documents as provided in the Project Manual may be disqualified. No official action will be taken at this meeting, it is held for the limited purpose of announcing the bids. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law.
