Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Kearney, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of February 14, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Constructing a roundabout at the intersection of US Highway 30 and University Drive. Work includes removing existing pavement and placing approximately 6,000 square yards of 10" doweled concrete pavement. This project also consists of construction and removing approximately 3,200 square yards of pavement for a temporary shoofly road that will route traffic around the construction. Additionally, the project consists of installing approximately 550 lineal feet of 12" ductile iron water main, storm sewer improvements, rapid flashing beacons, pedestrian and street lighting, pavement striping, landscaping and irrigation and all other associated work as indicated on the drawings and within the specifications.
