Renovation of a water / sewer project in Enumclaw, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Please see the Invitation to Bid regarding how to obtain project documents. and must be accompanied by a certified check or bond, payable to the City of Enumclaw of not less than 5% of the total bid. A performance and one year maintenance guaranty in an amount of 100% of construction cost will be required of the suc cessful bidder. The City express-ly reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive minor informalities. The contract shall be awarded to the lowest respon sive, responsible bidder, The scope of work includes the construction of a new lift sta-tion with a 12-foot diameter wet well with sulmersible pumps and associated valve vault and meter vault. The project also includes a new control building, and site and surface restoration. The demoli tion of three existing lift stations is also included in the scope of this project
