The University of Texas at Austin ("University") on behalf of Applied Research Laboratories ("ARL:UT") requests bids in response to Bid no. ITB 721-25037 from qualified and experienced vendors ("Bidders") to provide two types of cameras. A high definition, ethernet, pan and tilt zoom camera designed for use in subsea environment and high end HD IP zoom camera with low latency video streaming ("Goods"). The Goods, which are more specifically described in the Scope of Work ("SOW"), include (but may not be limited to): o Cameras Purchase two types of cameras. A high definition, ethernet, pan and tilt zoom camera designed for use in subsea environment and a high end HD IP zoom camera with low latency video streaming. Question Deadline 01/09/2025 at 10:00 AM CT Bidders will submit all questions or concerns regarding this ITB via online. The University reserves the right to make multiple awards against this ITB. University will determine the award for each Contractor. No minimum quantities or minimum dollar amounts are guaranteed or implied. Each bid must state that it will remain valid for University's acceptance for a minimum of one hundred and twenty (120) days after the Submittal Deadline, to allow time for evaluation, selection, and any unforeseen delays.
