Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Akron, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Renovations to the public restrooms on the concourse level of the Canal Park Stadium. Improvements include new epoxy floors, toilet partitions, washroom accessories, plumbing upgrades, and painting. Demolition 1. Demo all existing blue toilet partitions. Save grab bars in handicap stalls for reinstallation. 2. Demo all existing round stainless-steel wash sinks and stop valves. 3. Demo all flushometers, stop valves and toilet seats. Remove all toilets from wall and store on-site for re-use (including mounting bolts) 4. Demo in-wall paper towel/trash receptacles. Prepare opening for new stainless steel insert. 5. Remove mirrors and save for reinstallation. 6. Remove soap dispensers and save for reinstallation. 7. Demo diaper changing station. 8. Demo in-wall sanitary product dispenser. 9. Demo all cove base and remove any remaining adhesive from wall.
