The Project consists of 383 linear feet (LF) of 8-inch PVC water line and all associated valves, fittings, and appurtenances along Carpenters Grade Road and Raulston Road in Maryville, TN Bid security shall be furnished in the amount of five percent of the total bid amount in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of 100 percent of the Bid.
