Reference Number 0000371742 The City of Sterling Heights, Michigan is accepting sealed bids for SANITARY SEWER CLEANING AND CCTV. The work under this Contract includes all the work required to clean and C.C.T.V. all sewers indicated on the plans and in the specifications and to prepare a report of all pertinent information including manholes, to be submitted to the Owner before final acceptance. The approximate quantities involved in this work are as follows: Cleaning and CCTV Investigation of 06" - 12" Sanitary Sewers 300 LF Cleaning and CCTV Investigation of 15" - 21" Sanitary Sewers 76,600 LF Cleaning and CCTV Investigation of 24" - 36" Sanitary Sewers 750 LF CCTV Investigation of 54" Sanitary Sewers 1,850 LF CCTV Investigation of 60" Sanitary Sewers 30 LF Sanitary Manhole Inspection 100 Ea together with related work as well as deliverables. PRE-QUALIFICATION All CCTV Inspections shall be performed by a NASSCO Pipeline Assessment and Certification Program (PACP) certified operator. All inspection reports shall be produced using (C.C.T.V.) inspection software provided by a NASSCO PACP certified vendor. Formatting and layout, i.e., observations and defect codes, shall be NASSCO PACP standard. Question Deadline 01/16/2025 at 3:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Surety Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % BID SECURITY A certified check, or the included Bid Bond, executed by the Bidder and a surety company, payable to the City of Sterling Heights, in an amount at least equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance and payment bonds and insurance certificates. WITHDRAWAL OF BIDS No bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the receipt of bids. The City of Sterling Heights reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any irregularities in the bidding.
