On Call Plumbing Services and Backflow Testing and Repair Question Deadline 01/22/2025 at 11:00 AM CT Deadline to submit Questions Online Portal Scope of Work The River Authority is seeking a term contract for the supply of On Call Plumbing Services and Backflow Testing and Repair to be purchased as needed over the contract term. The River Authority is seeking a contractor(s) to provide plumbing services, repairs and back flow testing services as needed at various properties located in the River Authority's District. The awarded contractor(s) shall provide all materials, equipment, supervision, permits, parts, and labor to perform the scope of work provided below. The goods and/or services shall be accomplished per the solicitation documents, and all applicable laws, and all exhibits and Attachments identified in the table of contents. Pre-Bid Meeting notes The River Authority's responses to questions received in advance, may be distributed at the Pre-Submittal Conference and posted with this solicitation. Attendance at the Pre-Submittal Conference is optional, but highly recommended. Any oral responses provided by the River Authority staff at the Pre-Submittal Conference are not confirmed until they are in writing and posted with this solicitation. Only written responses shall be official and all other forms of communication with any officer, employee or agent of the River
