The Prince George's County Office of Procurement' Contract Administration and Procurement Division (CAP) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) to establish term contracts with a Contractors to HVAC Maintenance and Repair Services throughout the County. The Start Date contained is anticipated to be on or about February 26, 2025. The initial term of this agreement is for two (2) years and may be extended by mutual agreement of the parties for three (3), one (1) year options to be exercised one (1) year at a time, totaling five (5) years. The County's obligation on this Contract beyond the initial fiscal year shall be contingent upon appropriations for the following year. Bid Bond Required: No Questions Due By: December 30, 2024, at 2:00 pm local time. All questions must be submitted through electronically. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Certified County-Based Small Businesses (CBSB) and Certified Minority Business Enterprise (CMBE). The County reserves the right to cancel this IFB, or accept or reject any and all Bids, in whole or in part, received in response to this IFB.
