Services Turnkey, Non-personal, to Provide Parts United States Manufactured and Installation for an Upgrade to the National Weather Service (NWS) Video Surveillance System Located in the Tulsa Weather Forecast Office (WFO), 10159 E. 11th Street, Tulsa, Ok 74128-3027. This Statement of Work (SOW) is for the replacement of the existing closed-circuit television (CCTV) digital and analog system with a Trade Agreements Act (TAA) Compliant Intellectual property (IP) network video surveillance system, 4K or 1080p High Definition (HD) resolution or better, and be Blue Iris VMS compatible. This is a standalone system separate from the building Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) system. Integration into the WFO system must be approved by Southern Region Headquarters (SRH). Description of Work 1.2.1. The contractor shall provide program management, subject matter experts, and engineering support in the procurement, installation, program, integration, and testing of a new Outdoor / Indoor security video surveillance system. 1.2.2. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, materials, tools, labor and transportation necessary to complete the work and training identified in this SOW. 1.2.3 The Contractor shall submit cut-sheets for all equipment and materials installed in this project andshall not order or install them until government approves them in writing. Submit all documents to point of contact (POC) listed in this SOW. 1.2.3.1 The Contractor shall provide a performance schedule with their offer that describes the phases of work, to include dates of performance. 1.2.4. The Contractor shall use cameras compatible with Blue Iris VMS Version 5.9.9.1 (October 23, 2024) or newer. 1.2.5. The Contractor shall correct/re-perform any discrepancies or integration errors found at no additional cost to the government. 1.2.6. The Contractor shall be responsible for returning the work site to its original condition at completion of the installation, to include replacement of any damaged or destroyed equipment. 1.2.7. The Contractor must have current certification(s) for installation and programming work. 1.2.8 The Contractor shall coordinate all work with the site's POC to minimize disruptions to NWS Operations.
