Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cedar Park, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Scope of Work: Construction of street sidewalk, clearing and tree removal, permeable pavement trail, two (2) 10-foot by 10-foot concrete low water crossing structures, two (2) ADA picnic tables, eight (8) bike racks, water tap, 3/4 " water meter with potable water line, and drinking fountain. Includes all necessary right-of-way and traffic control permits, and Austin Water permits. The Work of this Contract includes, but is not limited to, the installation of erosion controls, tree protection, temporary construction fencing, general and fine grading, construction of 950 linear feet of right- of- way sidewalk, construction of 0.3- miles of pavement trail, 12" tall stone retaining wall, (2) 10 foot wide by 10 foot long concrete low water crossings, bank stabilization, wetland mitigation plantings, water tap and drinking fountain installation, bike racks, and picnic tables.
