Scope 1. The Province, on Behalf of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, Nlschools Branch, is Seeking Proposals From Qualified Vendors to Provide Pricing for Paint and Paint Supplies (Listed in the Attached Appendix a) via a Standing Offer. 2. Bidders Are Required to Complete and Submit the Attached Nlschools-25-rfp045 Appendix a.xlsx With Their Proposal. Term of Contract 3. The Standing Offer Agreement Will Be Effective for Twelve (12) Months From the Date of Award of This Rfp, With Three (3) Optional Twelve (12) Month Contract Extensions. The Province Will Accept and Evaluate the Vendor's Written Submission Requesting a Price Increase Due to Uncontrollable Industry Related Circumstances, Every Six (6) Months From the Date of Award, for the Duration of the Contract. This Submission Must Include Supporting Documentation, Which Justifies This Increase, and Cannot Exceed That of the Canadian Consumer Price Index (Cpi). Any Verbal Representation Made by Either the Vendor or the Province, Regarding Any Extension, Will Not Be Considered to Be Binding on Either Party.
