Scope of Work. The Work consist 1. New secure front vestibule and canopy as well as new front-facing exterior curtain wall assembly 2. Interior renovations including lighting and ceiling replacement, updated teaching surfaces and casework, and new finishes throughout. 3. Improvements to Mechanical and HVAC, plumbing systems, light controls, IDF/MDF air conditioning throughout. 4. Exterior improvements include painting and power washing where required, replacing exterior windows, and replacing exterior waterproofing and sealant joints where required. A Proposal bond on Dallas ISD Proposal Guarantee Bond Form, from a Surety authorized to transact business in the State of Texas, in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the greatest total amount of the proposed contract amount (Base Price plus all Allowances), payable without recourse to the order of the Dallas ISD Board of Trustees, must accompany the Proposal as a guarantee that, if awarded the Contract, the proposer will promptly enter into and execute the Contract and Performance and Payment Bonds on the forms provide Completed CSP Package Part 2 is due on Thursday 2/27/2025 at 3:00 PM (local time).
