PROJECT DESCRIPTION This early procurement package is issued to solicit bids for precast concrete panels required for the Phase 2 gymnasium addition at Columbia High School. The scope of this package includes precast concrete wall panels, metal fabrications integrated with the precast wall panels, and electrical conduits and boxes to be embedded within the precast panels. The remaining project scopes of work will be solicited and awarded in a subsequent bid event.
