Innovative Demolition Services was awarded the project. The University of Pikeville (UPIKE) is seeking proposals for demolition and removal services relating to the UPIKE Ag-Tech Innovation Center of Excellence REI Project. Sealed proposals will be accepted for the demolition of an approximately 10,000 SF facility located at 1367 South Mayo Trail, Pikeville, Kentucky as described in the RFP packet. Project Schedule: 75 days for project completion following contract execution with Owner. UPIKE reserves the right to reject any and all bids not meeting the requirements of this Request for Proposals for demolition and removal services. UPIKE will enter into an agreement with the lowest bidding, responsive and responsible firm. Once a firm has been selected, all unsuccessful firms will be promptly notified. Kentucky Relay Service for the hearing and speech impaired: 1-800-648- 6056. Attention of respondents to this RFP is particularly called to the meeting the federal requirements and terms and conditions as laid forth in the RFP packet all of which may be incorporated into any contract issued pursuant to this solicitation.
