As of April 1, 2025, this project is in the design phase. Construction should begin in the spring of 2026. *Previous solicitation listed below for reference:* Architectural services for a new Robbinsville Elementary School, to be construction on a land owned by the Board adjacent or near to the current Robbinsville High School and Middle School buildings The Board is hereby soliciting responses from capable and experienced architecture firms. A selection committee will determine a first and an alternate candidate and negotiate scope and fee to be considered by the Board. If an agreement cannot be reached with the selected candidate, negotiations with the alternate will commence. It is anticipated that the Board will select the Construction Manager At Risk (CMAR) delivery method; the selected architect shall work in cooperation with the Board of Education and selected CMAR to design and construct the Project in line with the Board's programmatic needs, standards, goals, schedule, and budget endorsed by the Board.
