Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Monticello, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Monticello Community Unit School District #25, Monticello, IL is requesting bids for an asphalt parking lot project at Monticello Middle School. Questions concerning bidding procedures or specifications should be addressed to: Adam Clapp, Supt Monticello CUSD #25 2 Sage Drive Monticello, IL 61856 Scope of Work: All asphalt areas at MMS, including the drive and backlot. Complete the Parking Lot Project in the Following Manner: 1. Mill 2 inches off parking lot of the middle school and haul millings off site and legally dispose of. 2. Installation of petromat over all milled surfaces 3. Apply 2 inches of state certified hot asphalt over ail milled surfaces of the parking lot 4. Striping for all newly paved surfaces 5. Provide warranty for any defect for any defect in the first 365 days after substantial completion. 6. Sales tax is not included -tax exempt project 7. Prevailing wage project.
