Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wood Dale, Illinois. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Wood Dale ("City") is in need of professional services from a qualified consultant to provide construction engineering services for the street resurfacing of Mittel Drive from Wood Dale Road to Devon Avenue within the City of Wood Dale. These services will be procured in accordance with the City's policy on Qualifications Based Selection (QBS). The project is a Surface Transportation Program (STP) funded project to be completed under the oversight of the Illinois Department of Transportation and the DuPage Mayors and Managers Conference. The Project is anticipated to be completed in Summer 2025. The work includes asphalt removal, base patching, spot curb and gutter removal and replacement, and ADA upgrades.
