The D'Iberville Police Department is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced providers to deliver professional cleaning services for its facilities. The goal is to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for staff, visitors, and the community. Scope of Work The selected contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive cleaning services for the D'Iberville Police Departments facility, which include but are not limited to: 1. General Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming all floors, door mats and stairwell. Dusting and wiping down surfaces, furniture, and equipment. Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures. Emptying and disposing of trash in designated areas. Cleaning kitchen and breakroom. Cleaning glass doors, windows at front entrance and other transparent surfaces. Supplies will be provided by the police department. 2. Specialized Cleaning: Sanitizing high-touch areas such as doorknobs and railings. 3. Periodic Cleaning: Carpet shampooing and floor waxing annually. Interior windows quarterly or as needed. 4. Restocking Supplies: Replenishing restroom and kitchen supplies, such as paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, and sanitizer. 5. Emergency Cleaning Services: Availability to provide on-call cleaning services for emergencies. Facility Details Address: 11290 Lamey Bridge Rd., D'Iberville, MS 39540 14,000 square feet Areas to Clean: Offices, conference rooms, restrooms, kitchen, break room, common areas, and holding cells. Frequency: Cleaning once weekly with additional cost included for weekend services as needed. Proposal Requirements Interested vendors must include the following information in their proposals: 1. Company Overview: Brief history of the company and relevant experience. The selected Cleaning Service shall be licensed, insured and bonded the entire length of this Contract. Submission of a proposal indicates acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in this RFP. The selected vendor will be required to sign a contract and comply with all local, state, and federal regulations. Billing to be submitted monthly to be placed on the docket of claims on the next available agenda for approval by the D'Iberville City Council.
