The Project Consists of 2,700 Linear Feet of Sanitary Sewer, 1,050 Linear Feet of Storm Sewer, and 12 Manhole/inlets Structures. The Project Will Be Constructed on the Elbowoods Medical Center Site Owned by the Three Affiliated Tribes Located North of New Town, Nd Near Nd State Highway 23b Truck Reliever Bypass. The Scope of Work Includes, but is Not Limited to the Following; Erosion Control Topsoil Removal and Stockpile Topsoil Replacement Surveying Sanitary Sewer Mains, Service Lines, and Manholes Storm Sewer Piping, Inlets, and Manholes Seeding/mulching Bid Documents as Prepared by Swenson, Hagen & Co. Can Be Viewed at the Office of Swenson, Hagen & Co. 3002 Airway Avenue, Bismarck, North Dakota; online or at the Owner's Representative: Ronald Rabbit head at the Elbowoods Memorial Center Maintenance Office, New Town, Nd. Note That This Project is Tax Exempt and is Also Subject to Indian Preference and All Tero Compliance Requirements. Each Bid Submitted Shall Be Accompanied With a Bid Bond in a Sum Equal to 5 Percent of the Total Bid. The Owner Reserves the Right to Hold All Legitimate Bids for a Period of 40 Days. The Owner Further Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids and to Waive Irregularities and Shall Incur No Legal Liability Until the Contract is Awarded and Approved by the Proper Authorities. The Construction of the Utility Plan for the Staff Quarters Housing Infrastructure Must Be Completed No Later Than July 16, 2025.
