Site work and paving for a civil project in Richmond, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The scope of work for the above-referenced project consists of construction and reconstruction of approximately 8,000 linear feet of asphalt roadway throughout the Park and approximately 720 parking spaces. Drainage improvements include re-alignment and new drainage ditches throughout the Park. The scope of work requires removal of existing asphalt pavement, base material and subgrade material. Construct a new 20-foot-wide roadway with 3" thick asphalt pavement throughout the Park. All existing asphalt parking lots will be reconstructed with 2 thick asphalt and new parking lots will be constructed with 2 thick asphalt. Intersections throughout the Park will be improved. Drainage conditions will be improved to reduce washout conditions along the roadway and throughout the park. Traffic Control, Permanent Signing and Striping, and Storm Water Pollution Prevention is also included as part of the scope for this project. Deadline for submission of questions and/or clarification is no later than Tuesday, January 21, 2025 at 9:00AM (central) Construction of Paving and Drainage Improvements in Jones Creek Ranch Park. Unit pricing required; payment will be by check. Bonds are required. Fort Bend County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
