Site work and paving for a civil project in Keizer, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Engineer's cost estimate is $450,000. The Work Is Summarized as Follows: Approximately 1,427 Linear Feet of Class 52 Ductile lron Water Line, Fire Hydrants, Valves, Fittings, Trench Excavation, Bedding and Backfill, Asphalt Pavement Patching, Saw Cutting, Horizontal Directional Drill (HDD) Water Services, etc. A surety bond, irrevocable letter of credit issued by an insured institution as defined in ORS 706.008, cashier's check, or certified check of the Bidder, made payable to the City of Keizer, for ten percent (10%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid as security. A one hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond and a one hundred percent (100%) Payment Bond on the forms in the Project Manual will be required to guarantee the faithful performance of the Contract. Bids shall be made on the Bid Forms furnished by the City, addressed and mailed, or delivered to: City Recorder, Keizer City Hall, 930 Chemawa Rd. NE, Keizer, OR 97303 In a sealed 9" x 12" Bid Envelope plainly marked, "2025 WATERLINE REPLACEMENT", along with the name and address of the Bidder. Question Deadline Jan 17, 2025
