Liberty Park Splash Pad Project Public Advertisement Construction Managers: the Kewanee Park District Will Be Accepting Proposals for Construction Management Services for the Liberty Park Splash Pad Project. Funds Are Awarded Through an Oslad Grant and the Splash Pad Design and Equipment is Already Purchased. Project Will Consist of Civil Design, Pre-fabricated Restroom Building Design and Procurement, and Bid Package Development, Solicitation, and Management of the Project From Award Through Completion and Final Acceptance. Scope of the Work Includes Sitework, Site Utilities, Concrete, Plumbing, Electrical, Restroom Building Installation, and Splash Pad Equipment Installation. Proposals Will Need to Have the Following Items Addressed: O Project Personnel - Including Resumes and Previous Cm Experience O Project Schedule - Including Bid Timelines, and Construction Timelines O Proposed Fee Schedule - Including Hourly Rate for Project Manager, Project Coordinator, and Site Superintendent, Reimbursables, and Profit Fee Percentage. The Awarded Construction Manager Will Expect to Be Contracted to the Kewanee Park District Utilizing an Aia 134-2019 Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Construction Manager as Constructor Where the Basis of Payment is the Cost of the Work Plus a Fee Without a Guaranteed Maximum Price.
