Site work and renovation of a civil project in Moorhead, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
In general, Work consists of the following approximate quantities: 1 LS Demo Existing Storm Lift Station No. 12 Including Removal of Existing Electrical Controls, 2 Pumps, Inlet weir, etc. 2 EA Install New 40.0 HP Axial Flow Pumps. 1 LS Install New Exterior Electrical Controls to Operate Duplex Axial Flow Storm Pumps and all new electrical wiring, conduit, etc. 1 LS Install New Pumps, Piping, Valves, Fittings, etc. Together with fittings, miscellaneous utility improvements, restoration work, and other related appurtenances. . Paper Bidding Documents may also be viewed at the City of Moorhead Engineering Department and at Stantec. Direct inquiries to Engineer's Project Manager Russell Landphere at (701) 809-5027 A pre-bid conference will not be conducted for this Project Question Deadline 01/22/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information for such questions provided in the Advertisement for Bids. 7.03 Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
