The Project, of which the Work under the Contract will be a part, is generally described as follows: Demolition/Remove Existing Structures (See Exhibit A) Weather Proof remaining structure by constructing a brick wall to seal off remaining existing structure. This would be of the same material (red brick) of remaining structure. Consisting of Demolition, Clearing, Removal and Leveling of Disturbed Areas. In conjunction to detach the single-story section that is currently in use and to secure permanent weather proofing by construction of a brick wall. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
