The City of Columbia, hereinafter referred to as the "City," is soliciting proposals from Contractors to provide Design-Build services for the touchless upgrades of seven (7) Parks and Recreation restroom facilities. Bellfield Booker Washington Heights Cultural Arts Center, 2611 Grant Street, Columbia, SC 29203 Lorick Park, 1600 Lorick Avenue, Columbia, SC 29203 T.S. Martin Park, 2700 Edison Street, Columbia, SC 29204 Eau Claire Print Building, 3907 Ensor Avenue, Columbia, SC 29203 Charles R. Drew Wellness Center, 2101 Solomon Way, Columbia, SC 29204 It is the goal of the City of Columbia, SC to maximize opportunities for historically Disadvantaged Enterprise Businesses (DBEs) including, but not limited to, Small Businesses (SBEs), Minority Businesses (MBEs), WomenOwned Businesses (WBEs). The City has implemented an overall citywide 15% goal to encourage socially and economically disadvantaged business participation.
