MPRB Stewart Recreation Center The City of Minneapolis is issuing this Call for Bids for prospective suppliers to provide all materials, labor, equipment and incidentals necessary for Stewart Recreation Center Rehabilitation for Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board, all in accordance with the provided specifications, event line items and all documents requested herein. PROJECT This Project shall generally include the work shown on Drawings related to the Stewart Recreation Center - Rehabilitation project. The Work shall include, but is not limited to: o Mobilization o Site Safety and Precautions o Construction Fence and Signage, as needed o Selective demolition o Exterior renovation inclusive of: o Re-roofing and replacement of insulation o Replacement and addition of drains, scuppers, and downspouts o Replacement of exterior windows and entrances o Interior renovation inclusive of: o Reconfiguration of restrooms, casework replacement and finishes throughout areas of remodeling. o Electrical systems upgrades o Replacement of HVAC systems with added air conditioning. o Replacement of lighting. o Upgrades to building security and technology.
