The following is a general, but not necessarily complete, description of the work to be constructed under the Contract. The list below is not intended to specify the order of construction/execution. The Works includes, but is not limited to, the following: o Emergency Relief and Assessment of Blocked Drain & Sewer Service Pipe/Connection by Trenchless CIPP Rehabilitation for Toronto Water District Operation (City Wide) Emergency Relief and Assessment of Blocked Drain & Sewer Service Pipe and Connection by Trenchless CIPP Rehabilitation for Toronto Water District Operation (City Wide) Specific mandatory requirements as outlined in Part 4 - Form C. 1. Mandatory Experience: .1 Sewer Service Pipe/Connection by Trenchless CIPP Rehabilitation a. The Supplier shall provide three (3) examples of projects that have achieved Substantial Performance (as defined by the Construction Act) within six (6) years of the issuance date of this Solicitation event. i. Each of the three (3) projects must have a minimum completed contract value of three million dollars ($3,000,000.00), excluding taxes, primary for work on sewer service pipe/connections using CIPP lining as defined in Part 3 (Drawings and Specifications). ii. All three (3) projects must have been completed under a direct contract with a municipality. iii. At least two (2) of the projects must have been completed with the Supplier acting as the General Contractor (defined as the entity responsible for managing and executing the project as the primary contractor). .2 Emergency Relief and Assessment of Blocked Drain a. The Supplier shall provide three (3) examples of projects that have achieved Substantial Performance (as defined by the Construction Act) within six (6) years of the issuance date of this Solicitation event. i. The combined value of all three (3) projects must total a minimum of five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00), excluding taxes, for work on emergency relief and assessment of blocked drains as defined in Part 3 (Drawings and Specifications). ii. At least one (1) of the projects must have been completed under a direct contract with a municipality. iii. At least one (1) of the projects must have been completed with the Supplier acting as the General Contractor (defined as the entity responsible for managing and executing the project as the primary contractor). Note: Projects submitted for clause 1.1 may also be used to fulfill this requirement, provided that the scope of work for emergency relief and assessment of blocked drains constituted an identifiable portion of the overall project scope that the Supplier is submitting as part of the examples of projects. Contract Duration:12 monthsRecurrent Contract:From July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026 plus two (2) option terms of one (1) year each
