**As of February 18, 2025, the project was awarded to M & B asphalt Co. Inc., with an awarded amount of $1,711,981.20.** Resurfacing Project The Proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee and Contract Bond in the amount of 100% of the amount bid or a Certified or Cashier's Check or a Letter of Credit in an amount of at least 10% of the amount bid. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities in any bid. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experience on projects of similar size and complexity . All Contractors must be ODOT pre-qualified. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Sandusky County pursuant to the Davis Bacon Act. The completion date for the SAN-CR 1-0.00 Resurfacing Project (PID# 111580) is September 30, 2025.
