The purpose of this IFB is for a Contractor to provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete all work to construct improvements to the existing filtration system and ultraviolet disinfection system structure at the Northwest Water Reclamation Facility (NW WRF) located at 10275 Saint Johns Parkway, St. Augustine, FL 32092. Question Deadline 01/29/2025 at 4:00 PM ET All questions must be directed, in writing, to Diana Fye via email at dfye@sjcfl.us Any and all questions related to this project shall be directed, in writing, to the Designated Point of Contact. Questions are due no later than so that any necessary addenda may be issued in a timely manner. Any questions received after the deadline will not be answered unless previously approved by the SJC Purchasing Director or other designated County Representative. Project Estimated Budget $4,250,000.00 All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Encouraged Not to Contact Any Member of the St. Johns County Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person. St. Johns County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals, waive minor informalities, or award the bid/proposal which best serves the interests of St. Johns County.
