The City of San Ramon ("City") requests a Statement of Qualifications ("SOQ") from qualified individuals or firms (individually, a "Respondent" and collectively, "Respondents") for Pneumatic Delivery and Placement of Landscape Products ("Services"). The City requires Pneumatic Delivery and Placement of Landscape Products ("Services") such as soil preparation, compost, landscape mulch, and playground engineered wood fiber for extensive landscape, park, and playground facilities that require ongoing maintenance, repair, and renovations. All work shall be as-needed. The CITY reserves the right to award all, some, or none of the tasks from the scope of work, as the public good may require, and may select to award multiple contracts in order to complete services, as necessary. The CONTRACTOR's price should not be contingent upon the award of all areas. Questions or objections relating to the RFQ, Agreement, the attachments hereto, the RFQ procedures, or the required Services may only be submitted via email to Jonette Fuentes, Administrative Analyst, at jfuentes@sanramon.ca.gov by 9:00 a.m., January 13, 2025. A Pre-Submittal Meeting will not be held. Commence Services July 1, 2025 CONTRACTOR's performance shall commence as of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2030
