The Project Generally Includes, but is Not Limited to, the Following Activities: 1. The Drilling and Installation of Thirteen (13) Vertical Landfill Gas Extraction Wells. 2. The Procurement and Installation of Hdpe Pipe for Landfill Gas Laterals/headers. 3. Testing of All Landfill Gas Laterals/headers. 4. Backfill Excavated Areas With Aggregate, Waste, and/or Cover Soil Per Project Specifications. 5. Repair Existing Landfill Cap Damaged and/or Removed During Excavation Activities. 6. Restoration and Establishment of Vegetation Within Disturbed Areas. 7. Clean-up of All Areas to the Owner's Satisfaction. Electronic Copies of the Contract Documents Are Available From the Owner at No Charge. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check, Bank Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond in the Amount of 10% of the Bid Total. No Bid May Be Withdrawn Within Sixty (60) Days After Bid Opening, and the Owner Shall Award a Contract or Reject All Bids on or Before Such Sixty (60) Day Period. It is the Owner's Intent to Begin Construction at the Earliest Possible Date After Award of a Contract.
