TYPE OF PROJECT: The Hialeah Housing Authority (HHA) is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors interested in providing all material, labor, and equipment for the Re-Roofing at Donald Scott Villas. RE-ROOFING AT DONALD SCOTT VILLAS 453/455 West 25th Street - 450/452 W 25th Place - 460/462 W 25th Place 470/472 W 25th Place - 485 W 25th Place - 495 W 25th Place 2535 W 5th Ave, Hialeah, FL 33010. Question Deadline 01/09/2025 at 3:00 PM ET. The Hialeah Housing Authority will in no way be responsible for delays caused by mail delivery or caused by any other occurrence. The submittal of a proposal by a Proposer will be considered by the Hialeah Housing Authority as constituting an offer by the Proposer to perform the required services at the stated prices. A Proposer may submit a modified proposal to replace all or any portion of a previously submitted proposal up until the proposal due date. The Hialeah Housing Authority will only consider the latest version ofthe proposal. Hialeah housing authority is exempt from all federal, state and local taxes Contract awarded is subject to the requirements of section 3 of the Housing and urban development act. Davis bacon wage rates shall apply. Attention is called to the fact that not Less than the minimum of salaries and wages as set forth by wdol.Gov must be Paid on this project. Attention is called to the provisions for equal employment opportunity. Hialeah housing authority reserves the right to waive any irregularities In the bidding process or to reject any or all bids, or to reject a bid which Is not responsive and/or responsible.
