Renovation of a municipal facility in Quebec, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The work consists of: Providing the complete mobilization required to carry out the work (crane, containers, protection) Removal of existing roof components up to the existing concrete deck. Removal of all existing metal flashings and counterflashing at parapets, fixture bases and wall upstands. Installation of a new white, two-ply elastomeric roofing membrane with new roof drains. Complete installation of an anti-fall system (anchors + lifelines). Installation of new ladders.
