This Solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), and the solicitation number is 36C24425Q0521. This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03 effective 01/17/2025, and the Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulations (VAAR). This Solicitation is being competed as Brand Name Only on a full and open competitive basis. See attached Justification documentation. The NAICS Code is 811210-Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance and the Product Service Code (PSC) is J065 Maint/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment- Medical, Dental, and Veterinary Equipment and Supplies, and the business size standard is $34 Million. The Pittsburgh, PA Contracting Office is seeking Inspection, Preventative Maintenance, and Repair of Arjo brand Patient Ceiling Lifts. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) is provided. Service Contract Act Wage Determination No. 2015-4233 Rev 32 Dated 12/23/2024, applies to this acquisition and will be incorporated into the resulting contract, unless an exemption applies. A copy of the Wage Determination is included with this solicitation as an attachment.
