The project consists of: Abate by removal the asbestos-containing fireproofing debris located on suspended acoustical elements, after which the acoustical elements will be removed from the auditorium. Abate by removal the asbestos-containing fireproofing material that is located throughout the dome ceiling and catwalk structure. Successful BIDDERS shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Insurance as required shall be provided by the successful BIDDER(s) and a certificate(s) of that insurance shall be provided.
