Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a sidewalk / parking lot; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
A general description of the work to be done under these contract documents includes architectural, structural, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and electrical work associated with the rehabilitation of the existing pump station. Work includes interior painting of CMU walls, concrete floors and ceilings; exterior repair of masonry; removal and replacement of manlift; construction of new penthouse; roof replacement; concrete surface repair and epoxy coating for wetwell rehabilitation; removal and replacement of access hatches; removal and replacement of interior access platforms; removal and replacement of motor control center, electrical pumo motors. lighting, receptacles, conduit, wiring, and generator, removal and replacem equipment, louvers, sump pump, plumbing fixtures, pump discharge piping and va operation of bypass pumping system. Bids will be received only from companies that are pre-qualified by the District's Engineering Department for: De Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing or Building Construction. The Engineers Opinion of Probable Cost is $ 2,400,000. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
