The Contractor is to furnish labor, material, equipment and traffic control: The availability date for this contract will be April 14, 2025. The completion date for this contract will be N ovemher 14, 2025. Potential Bidders must be prequalified as Bidder or P.O. Prime Contractor at the time of bid opening in order to be considered responsible. For questions regarding contract bid items or contract provisions please contact Greg Brittain at the Division Office in Shelby at 980-552-4222. NC DOT - Latex Modified Microsurface, Type III The Contractor will be required to prosecute the work in a continuous and uninterrupted manner from the time he begins the work until completion and final acceptance of the project. The Contractor will not be permitted to suspend his operations except for reasons beyond his control or except where the Engineer has authorized a suspension of the Contractors operations in writing. The Combined MBE/WBE Goal for this project is 4.0 %
