Reference Number 0000284678 Supply and apply approximately 60,000 metric tonne of aggregate as per attached Municipal spec. on specified roads. Aggregate shall be scaled. Loader scale is acceptable Scale tickets shall be provided in duplicate for every load Contractor must supply a total of three (3) sieve analyses through the crushing process Initial sieve analysis must be from a 3rd party lab and shall include shale content The Municipality may at its discretion demand additional sieve analysis throughout the contract season The Municipality will endeavor to be + or - 15% of tendered quantity. Per tonne rate will not be altered if quantity changes. The Municipality reserves the right to add or remove roads and adjust quantities as needed. If Work is Not Complete by Each Specified Milestone Date, a Lump Sum Liquidated Damage of Five Thousand ($5,000.00) Dollars Will Be Charged for Each Milestone Not Met. An Additional $ Ten Thousand ($10,000.00) Dollars Will Be Charged if the Work is Not Completed by August 25th, 2024; and $ Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Will Be Charged for Each Day Thereafter Until Completion.
