The project limits begin east of Shore Drive in Clearwater, Pinellas County, extend through the City of Clearwater and over the Courtney Campbell Causeway to east of North Rocky Point Drive in Tampa, Hillsborough County. Study of this corridor will include short-, mid-, and long-term improvements to enhance safety, improve mobility, and expand multimodal options throughout the corridor. This contract will also have the opportunity for the PD&E and Design effort of the approved recommendations.
